Sending Journals to Axapta 

Use Send journals to load transactions into Axapta’s journal tables. Before you can load these journals, you must have created at least one template that corresponds to the Axapta journal you wish to use. When you install Atlas xl, there are standard journal import templates available for you to use and will satisfy many of the basic journal import requirements.

Export Main Tables to Axapta   

Use Data templates to load table files and budgets into Axapta. Before you can load tables into an Axapta you must have created at least one template that corresponds to the Axapta table you wish to use. You can set these up inside Axapta by using the facilities in the Atlas xl menu. When you install Atlas xl, there are standard Send main table templates available for you to use and will satisfy many of the basic Send main table requirements.
